Thank you for your patience during our recent outage. Due to unusual infrastructure damage from a flooded telephone pole, we experienced **six days without phone or internet service** — even though other nearby services were unaffected. We’ve been assured this was isolated, but we’re continuing to advocate for better priority classification for healthcare infrastructure so this doesn’t happen again.
We are **fully operational again** now, and our team is actively working through messages and missed calls. If you need an appointment or have questions, please:

We have **live staff in the clinic responding to patients now.**

To give every patient the focused, high-quality care they deserve, all visits must be scheduled in advance. We are unable to offer unscheduled walk-ins or same-day crisis appointments without speaking to a provider first. This helps us ensure your safety and that you receive the most appropriate level of care. Routine visits are reserved for patients who are actively working toward their long-term health goals.
