Requirements and Professional Standards
To uphold the high standards of care that define Mid-Valley Chiropractic Allied Health Sciences, all massage therapy applicants must meet the following requirements:
Hold current Oregon licensure as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
Maintain active professional liability insurance at all times
Provide three professional references with their resume
Demonstrate clear communication skills and an understanding of therapeutic boundaries
Exhibit a consent-forward, patient-respectful approach to touch and communication
We welcome providers from diverse modalities — Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, prenatal, lymphatic drainage, and more — who share our commitment to safe, ethical, and effective therapeutic care.
